For many years now our good friend and Case World renowned Artist Alva Hazell has put a one of a kind masterpiece up for auction at the annual Celebration Camp Case for Kids. He has really outdone himself this year. Smoothly hidden throughout the picture he has integrated the long tail C Case logo with a Cabin in the woods owned by another Case knife Collector. Alva calls it “Cabin in the Woods”. We call it Perfect! The longer you look at this one of a kind work of art the more Long Tail C logos you will see. Along with W R Case, Shepherd Hills has put a selection of pilot run Teal Jigged Bone Handled WR Case Knives to be auctioned with this masterpiece. These rare Case knives were made from several years ago to this year’s newest Case Knife Pattern the Tony Bose Sway Back Jack. These knives were never offered for sale to the general public. These knives were made by the WR Case skilled artist at the Case Factory in Bradford PA for the WR Case skilled artist in Bradford PA. These 9 different patterns were only distributed to the Case associates. This lot will be auctioned on September 6, 2008 at the Camp Case Auction held at 1:00 PM. You will want to go over the river and through the woods to get a chance to bid on this one of a kind work of true Case art.
